THEME 1
The keys to universal wisdom.

The word “philosophy” means love of wisdom. The great wisdom traditions of the world (from Socrates to Montaigne and Spinoza, including Buddhism, Taoism, Stoicism, and Epicureanism) offer the same universal keys to growing in joy, freedom, and serenity. These are the different themes that we will convey and revisit through music: wonder, the search for meaning, reflection, presence, universal love, detachment, trust, etc.

THEME 2
Joy

What is Joy? How can we bring it about and cultivate it? Unlike pleasure, Joy cannot be decreed. But we can cultivate an environment conducive to the emergence of joy: being ourselves, directing our desires towards what is good for us, practicing altruism and kindness, developing trust and gratitude, contemplating the beauty of the world, or listening to a moving piece of music.

THEME 3
Where is happiness?

What is happiness? Is it linked to external events, luck, or our genetic heritage? Or can we cultivate it and make it grow? Revisiting the great authors of philosophy, as well as neuroscience and depth psychology, we will attempt to answer these questions while listening to some joyful works!
